Engage with the Montana Fibershed community through our initiatives.

One Square Yard Flax Project

Join the Flax to Fiber movement. Our first two years of the project to grow "one square yard" of flax culminated in an amazing flax processing workshop at our 2025 Fall Event in Missoula. Participants were able to take the flax from their gardens and process it into fiber!

Stay tuned: there was a lot of enthusiasm and we'd like to continue the project in 2026.
